Removal and takedown requests

Anyone with a good reason: the developer or owner of a project, the person who made a picture or plan, a person named or shown on a page, someone who wrote a visitor review and wants it taken down, or a reader who sees a fact that is wrong or a picture that is out of date.

Email [To be confirmed: removal request email address], or use “Report a problem with this listing” at the foot of any property page, which opens an email with the property already filled in.

• The address of the page, and which picture, plan or text.
• What is wrong, or why it should not be shown.
• Who you are and, if you speak for a developer or an owner, how you are connected to the project.
• For a copyright claim, what you own and how you made or acquired it.
• A way to reach you.

1. We acknowledge your request within two working days.
2. If a picture or plan is claimed by its owner, we check the claim first and take it off the site once it holds up. A fact that is wrong we correct after checking it against the brochure and the RERA register.
3. We tell you what we decided and why. If a claim is unfounded we will say so and show the material again.
4. Each request and what we did is kept on record, without more personal detail than we need.

Property facts, pictures and floor plans are taken from brochures that developers publish and from the public GujRERA register. Every picture shows where it came from, and we record the source of each one. We do not publish a brochure file itself unless its developer has asked us to.
